How would you describe federalism to a 12-year-old?
Monday, November 2nd, 2009My cousin just asked me what federalism is-all I know what to say is "Federalism is the sharing of power between a central government and the states that make up a country." but she doesn’t understand…how do I make that simpler? And is there a good illustration for that?
